RETURNS

If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me within seven (7) days from when you received the item. If I am unable to resolve the issue, I will issue a full refund, less the original shipping charge, upon receipt of the item in original condition.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES: I can add insurance to the shipment if for some reason you feel it necessary to protect against loss or theft. I haven't had one stolen yet! The Post Office lost just 1 in over 2000 shipments, so I'm pretty sure you'll get it. I am a reasonable person and I'm sure we can work something out if your package does go missing, so please send me a message if you think something is up with your order. I personally check the delivery confirmation on the packages to insure the arrival of every order. If the delivery confirmation does not show "delivered" after a reasonable time frame, I will most likely contact you to inquire if you did receive your order.

SHIPPING REFUNDS:
• Late arrival - No refund is given for shipping costs of returned items due to late arrival since I have no control or say in how the post office does their job; I will do my job to get your order complete and shipped asap and when I say I will. I encourage you to contact me if your order is time sensitive and I can evaluate whether or not I think your order will arrive on time and what shipping speed might be necessary to get it to you.

• Refusals - Shipping costs are not refunded for items refused due to Import/custom taxes or duties fees applied by customs officials nor are any of these fees mentioned refunded as they are the responsibility of the recipient.

• All returns and refunds are handled on a case by case basis. If I do make a promise and it gets broken by the shipping service I will ask that you not open the unwanted late package and write "return to sender - refused" on the package and give it back to the post office. If the return is not pre-approved via email communications you will be refunded the cost of the item, but not the shipping.

SHIP TO ADDRESS: I ship to the address provided through the transaction venue such as PayPal unless you state otherwise. It is your responsibility to enter a valid address. Additional shipping costs to reship an order due to an incorrectly submitted address is the responsibility of the buyer. I, the seller, cannot be held responsible for submission of an incorrect or invalid address.

MY SHIPPING SERVICE: I ship primarily using USPS shipping services. Delivery confirmation is for US orders. Most non-USA destined orders do have delivery confirmation or tracking now, but some countries don't have it yet and sometimes the tracking is a bit unreliable although it is getting better!. You may choose another carrier; any additional shipping costs will be paid by you.

TRANSIT: Generally I ship within 2 business days. During the Christmas holiday shopping season, I may require an extra day and will try to keep my shipping information as accurate as possible. Custom orders are shipped upon completion.

UK and all INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Import/custom taxes or duties are the responsibility of the receiver. I do not collect any customs charges when sending packages. Customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. incurred at the time of import/delivery would be at the discretion of your country's tax regulations and are your responsibility. For any additional information, direct questions to your local customs agency before you make a purchase. Delays at import customs are not uncommon; I have no control over any resulting inconvenience from them. International shipments may take as little as one week or as much as two months on rare occasions!
